Frank Sonneborn joined MEGA in autumn 2016 as Head of E-Business and develops the online shop with his team. Frank works closely with Jens, leading the Hamburg-based wholesale company for craftsmen founded in 1901 into the online age and to turn MEGA into an omnichannel company. This change involves numerous challenges, including the future IT architecture as well as data management, the redesign of business processes and at last people’s daily work.
