Monique is Head of Omni Channel at Manor AG and is responsible for the implementation and continuous development of the Omni Channel (OC) strategy, as well as the development and management of the transversal OC teams. Monique is also involved in the conception and implementation of pilot projects and she is also responsible for the development of the employee training platform for the implementation of the OC strategy both across the headquarters and all Manor locations.
