Daniela Rank

Daniela Rank, Founder and CEO of Furnished GmbH and nod studios GmbH, accomplished with both companies, online and offline, her dream of improving the work quality by smart design. She started her career about 20 years ago with an hotel- and bilingual secretary education which led her to the renomated Boston Consulting Group where she gained cross-sectoral experiences. In the following five years she was part of the particularly fast growing tech company Blacklane, where she developed - as the Director Partner Relations - the local network to a truly global one. Later she switched heads and took on the challenging role of Director Human Resource, Office & Project Management. Suppliers, processes and customers were internationally linked through omni-channel concepts and the organisation had to be switched to this approach. Her current role as founder and CEO for two startup companies is the result of all these experiences. Furnished and nod studios are connecting both worlds: offline and online for Interior Design and Furniture. The supply chain behind all of that, the digital processes and the integrated customer channels are true challenges, but feasible with a smaller but fast and experienced startup team.
