Prof. Julia Thalmann

Julia Thalmann works as a Professor at the Department of Business Administration and Economics at Hochschule Ruhr West, University of Applied Sciences, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany. Her expertise in the retail landscape and shopper analytics stems from her work across various positions in international FMCG manufacturers. She studied at the University of Mannheim and received her PhD from RWTH Aachen University. Her research interest lies in the field of strategic customer value creation, currently focusing on the growing research of AI- influencer marketing. She has co(-authored) articles in the Journal of Strategic Marketing, Journal of Small Business Management and contributed papers to international conferences.
