Main Day 1 | 18th March

4:05 PM Workshop 9: Unlock Growth: Automated Performance Analytics to Identify Revenue-Driving Opportunities

Revenue growth in e-commerce today is not about simply increasing marketing spend to get more users—it’s about optimizing your product performance and the resulting experience for your existing customers to improve conversions that can make the biggest difference. In this session, we’ll explore how automated product performance analytics helps brands like the NFL, Sky, and QVC identify underperforming user segments, uncover the root causes of conversion blockers, and take immediate action to recover lost revenue.

Learn best practices for going beyond traditional analytics tools to gain real-time insights into the reasons behind both flat conversions and conversion drops—whether technical or non-technical, UI glitches, third-party API failures, or slow payment processing. Automated product performance analytics surfaces issues and their impact instantly and helps prioritize the necessary enhancements and fixes, so you can address problems immediately and recover revenue without needing to increase user acquisition spend.

Key Takeaways:

  • Learn how to optimize underperforming user segments or cohorts with real-time data based on performance, not just demographics.
  • Track critical flows within customer journeys that matter most, like “time from PDP to Add to Cart” or “time from Add to Cart and Payment Success,” and fix blockers to recover lost revenue.
  • Prioritize customer-impacting issues with real-time anomaly-detection alerts, ensuring you focus on the biggest opportunities for growth as they happen.
